What is Crystal Keepers?

Crystal Keepers is a passion project I started in school and am continuing to work on. The story is inspired for my love of magical girl anime such as Sailor Moon and Tokyo Mew Mews, which are both shows that inspired me to become an animator! The short film pokes fun at just how long the transformations are in this kind of media and it's something I had (and continue to have) a lot of fun animating! I love these characters and it's a nice, refreshing challenge to animate with them!
